GS announced that Hongdou Group has transferred 389 million shares of the company to Suhao Holdings through a negotiated transfer, accounting for 24.50% of the company's total share capital. The transfer price is 5.44 yuan per share, with a total transfer amount of 2.118 billion yuan. The share transfer has completed the registration procedures, and Suhao Holdings has become the controlling shareholder of the company, while the Jiangsu Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission will become the actual controller of the company
