# CLICK: The executive director's share reduction plan is terminated early

CLICK announced that the company's director and senior management personnel, Wu Chunxia, senior management personnel Gu Junong, Zhou Zhengguo, and Zhou Mingliang guarantee that the information provided to the company is true, accurate, and complete. The company disclosed a pre-announcement of the reduction of shares by the controlling shareholder and concerted parties, directors, and senior management personnel on May 12, 2025. Director and senior management personnel Wu Chunxia, senior management personnel Gu Junong, Zhou Zhengguo, and Zhou Mingliang plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 13,500 shares, 26,125 shares, 12,656 shares, and 12,656 shares respectively, totaling 64,937 shares, accounting for 0.014% of the company's total share capital. Recently, the aforementioned personnel decided to terminate this reduction plan early, and as of the announcement date, no shares of the company have been reduced
