# FOCUS LIGHTINGS: Plans to cancel 32.8317 million shares and correspondingly reduce registered capital

FOCUS LIGHTINGS announced that the company plans to change the purpose of repurchasing 32.8317 million shares in the dedicated securities account, from "based on maintaining the company's value and shareholder rights, and will sell within the prescribed period in accordance with relevant repurchase rules and regulatory guidelines" to "used for cancellation and corresponding reduction of registered capital." After the cancellation is completed, the company's total share capital will change from 680 million shares to 647 million shares, and the registered capital will change from 680 million yuan to 647 million yuan.
