# Cinda Real Estate's public issuance of corporate bonds has received approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Cinda Real Estate (600657.SH) announced that the company recently received a reply from the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the approval of Cinda Real Estate Co., Ltd.'s application for public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors. The approval allows the company to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value of no more than 3 billion yuan to professional investors. This approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval, and the company can issue corporate bonds in installments during the validity period of the registration
