
New home prices in Changsha have risen for three consecutive months
Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released the changes in commodity housing sales prices in 70 large and medium-sized cities across the country for May. From the perspective of Hunan, the price of new homes in Changsha rose by 0.3% month-on-month in May, marking three consecutive months of increase, while the price of second-hand homes continued to decline, falling by 0.7% month-on-month; the price of new homes in Yueyang fell by 0.3% month-on-month, and the price of second-hand homes fell by 0.6% month-on-month; the price of new homes in Changde fell by 0.2% month-on-month, and the price of second-hand homes fell by 0.7% month-on-month.
