IFE Elevators plans to sign a cooperation intention agreement with Shenzhen Investment Holdings Donghai to establish a fund and collaborate
IFE Elevators and Shenzhen Investment Holdings Donghai intend to sign a cooperation agreement to establish an investment and merger fund, aiming for joint development and long-term cooperation. The total planned amount for the fund is not to exceed 500 million yuan, with IFE Elevators committing no more than 245 million yuan, primarily focusing on projects related to its main business and high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing
According to the announcement from Kuaiji Elevator (002774.SZ), based on the company's strategic planning and the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefit, and long-term cooperation, Kuaiji Elevator and Shenzhen Investment Control Donghai Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Investment Control Donghai") aim to jointly invest in the establishment of an investment and merger fund for common development and long-term cooperation, and intend to sign a "Letter of Intent" regarding this cooperation. This investment cooperation will follow the customary practices of fund investment operations, primarily focusing on project investments related to the company's main business, while also considering high-quality projects in related new productive forces fields such as industry upstream and downstream, high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing, integrated computing machines, robots and related components, and automotive parts.
The planned total subscription amount for the investment and merger fund will not exceed RMB 500 million, with Kuaiji Elevator as a limited partner subscribing an amount not exceeding RMB 245 million (with a subscription share not exceeding 49%). The partner Shenzhen Investment Control Donghai will contribute RMB 5 million (1%) as the general partner, executive managing partner, and fund manager of the partnership
