
ST Cnlight plans to transfer 51% equity of Yuansheng Information for 10 million yuan

Cnlight plans to transfer 51% equity of its controlling subsidiary Guangzhou Yuansheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. for 10 million yuan to Guangdong Futai Holdings Co., Ltd. This transaction aims to optimize the company's asset structure and enhance operational capabilities. After the transfer, Yuansheng Information will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. According to the announcement from Cnlight (002076.SZ), the company plans to transfer 51% of its equity in its controlling subsidiary, Guangzhou Yuansheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yuansheng Information"), to Guangdong Futai Holdings Co., Ltd. ("Futai Holdings") for RMB 10 million in order to further optimize the company's asset structure. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold any equity in Yuansheng Information, and Yuansheng Information will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
This transfer of subsidiary equity is beneficial for further optimizing the company's asset structure, helping the company to concentrate resources on developing its advantageous main business, enhancing internal management efficiency, and improving operational capabilities.
