# Dare Auto: Application documents for issuing shares to purchase assets and raising matching funds have been accepted

Dare Auto announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Aizhuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. held by Shanghai Der Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and other trading parties through the issuance of shares and other means, and plans to issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors to raise matching funds. The company received a notification from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 18, 2025, regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise matching funds by Fuxin Dare Auto Parts Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange verified the application documents submitted by the company according to relevant regulations, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them. This transaction still requires approval from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and registration consent from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and there remains uncertainty regarding whether it can pass the review, obtain registration, and the timing of such approvals
