# Rastar: The transfer of Juan Garcia directly contributed €19.7561 million to the company's net profit after tax

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Rastar (300043.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary REIAL CLUB DEPORTIU ESPANYOL DE BARCELONA, S.A.D. (hereinafter referred to as "Espanyol") received a notification from the Spanish Professional Football League (LALIGA, hereinafter referred to as "La Liga") on the evening of June 14, 2025, stating that player Joan García Pons (i.e., Juan García Pons, hereinafter referred to as "the player") paid a unilateral termination penalty of €26.3415 million to La Liga regarding the "Labor Contract" signed with Espanyol.

As of the date of this announcement, the player's unilateral termination has been approved by La Liga, and the player has transferred to a new football club. Espanyol has received the unilateral termination penalty of €26.3415 million from the player.

This player transfer directly contributes to the company's net profit after tax of €19.7561 million (approximately RMB 163.1026 million based on the exchange rate on June 18)
