Tecsun Science & Technology announced that the non-trading transfer of the employee stock ownership plan for 2025 has been completed, with a transfer of 1.7456 million shares, accounting for 0.40% of the company's current total share capital of 431 million shares, at a transfer price of 4.43 yuan per share. The number of employees who actually participated in the subscription of this employee stock ownership plan is 61, and the total amount of subscription funds actually paid is 7.733 million yuan. The company has opened a dedicated securities account for this employee stock ownership plan at the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, with the account number being 899 million. The repurchased shares have been processed, and the actual use is consistent with the intended use in the repurchase plan
