# HEGC: Plans to reduce the price by 10% and transfer 65% equity of Yingkou Energy Investment

Hubei Energy announced that in order to accelerate the progress of the equity transfer, the company has decided to publicly list the transfer of 65% equity of Yingkou Energy Investment at the Beijing Equity Exchange. After failing to attract interested buyers during the first round of listing, the company decided to reduce the listing price by 10% based on the net asset valuation, adjusting it to 50.3179 million yuan, and has entrusted the Beijing Equity Exchange to relist it publicly. Since the controlling shareholder Three Gorges Group and its subsidiaries may participate in the bidding, and company directors Zhang Long, Tu Shanfeng, Han Yong, and Luo Rencai will abstain from voting, this equity transfer will be conducted through public listing, and the final trading counterpart, price, and timing are yet to be determined
