CDL announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Wu Jiabei, pledged 12 million shares, accounting for 25.06% of his holdings and 4.60% of the company's total share capital. The pledged shares are for personal funding needs, with the pledgee being Jinjiang Huixin Microfinance Co., Ltd. The pledge start date is June 16, 2025, and no pledge expiration date has been set. In addition, Wu Jiabei released the pledge of 10.5 million shares, accounting for 21.93% of his holdings and 4.03% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement disclosure date, Wu Jiabei holds 47.88 million shares of the company, accounting for 18.37% of the company's total share capital, with a cumulative pledge of 16 million shares, accounting for 6.14% of the company's total share capital
