HLC: Obtained special loan support for stock repurchase from financial institutions not exceeding 200 million yuan
Hunan Haili announced on the evening of June 19 that the company recently obtained a "Commitment Letter for Special Stock Repurchase Loan" issued by the Changsha Tianxin District Branch of Agricultural Bank of China Limited, promising a loan limit of up to 200 million yuan, with the loan amount not exceeding 90% of the actual funds used for the repurchase. The loan term shall not exceed 3 years
