TGWC: Wholly-owned subsidiary pays back taxes of 46.9852 million yuan
TGWC announced that the company has conducted a self-examination and found that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Baitao Electric Power Company and Zhengyang Power Supply Company, need to pay a total of 46.9852 million yuan in overdue corporate income tax benefits and late fees for the period from 2021 to 2023. Among them, Baitao Electric Power Company needs to pay 38.4078 million yuan, and Zhengyang Power Supply Company needs to pay 8.5774 million yuan. The tax and late fees have now been fully paid, and it is expected to reduce the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company by 46.9852 million yuan in 2025
