# LANDRICH HLDG's subsidiary received a HKD 24.7 million claim order, and the company disagrees with the proposed defense

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LANDRICH HLDG (02132) announced that on May 29, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Shichuang Engineering Co., Ltd. (Shichuang), received a summons and claim endorsement submitted by Nanguang Engineering Co., Ltd. (as the plaintiff), regarding a payment claim under the subcontracting agreement entered into with Shichuang dated August 2023 (claim amount approximately HKD 24.7 million).

The announcement stated that Shichuang does not agree with the claim, is seeking legal advice, and intends to make a defense against it
