DEZHAN HEALTHCARE announced that the share transfer registration procedures for 125 million shares held by its shareholder Shanghai Yueye, who holds more than 5% of the shares, have recently been completed. The bidder Chen Zhiwenlong holds 109 million shares, becoming a shareholder with more than 5% of the company's shares
