According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Longtech (300916.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Ouyang Zhengliang intends to participate in the pre-IPO shareholder inquiry transfer, with a total of 6.50898 million shares to be transferred, accounting for 4.50% of the company's total share capital
