# Victor Hydraulics plans to issue shares to acquire New Chenghangrui, and will be suspended from trading starting June 23

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Victor Hydraulics (301079.SZ) announced that the company intends to acquire all or part of the shares of Chongqing Xinchenghang Rui Technology Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise matching funds. Based on preliminary research and calculations, this transaction is expected to constitute a significant asset restructuring, and it will not lead to a change in the actual controller of the company, nor will it constitute a restructuring listing.

Upon the company's application, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from June 23, 2025 (Monday)
