# Aosaikang's subsidiary Methotrexate Injection has obtained a drug registration certificate

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Aosaikang (002755.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Aosaikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., recently received the Drug Registration Certificate for Methotrexate Injection approved and issued by the National Medical Products Administration (referred to as "NMPA").

Methotrexate is a dihydrofolate reductase inhibitor that can interfere with DNA synthesis, repair, and cell replication, exhibiting broad-spectrum antitumor activity. It can be used alone to treat breast cancer, gestational trophoblastic neoplasia, etc., or in combination with other chemotherapy drugs to treat osteosarcoma, acute leukemia, etc. It can also be used in high doses alone or in combination with other chemotherapy drugs to treat osteosarcoma, acute leukemia, bronchogenic carcinoma, or head and neck epidermoid carcinoma, as well as for chemotherapy in psoriasis
