To avoid misleading the public and investors and to maintain market order, the company clarifies as follows: As of now, HIGHLY Group and its subsidiary holding companies have not reached any joint venture or technical cooperation arrangements with any foreign companies regarding the air conditioning compressor business, nor have they reached any agreement or signed any related documents on the aforementioned matters
