# SDICZL plans to acquire controlling stake in Electronic Institute; trading suspension continues on June 24

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SDICZL (600962.SH) announced that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, the State Development and Investment Corporation (SDIC), regarding the planning of a significant asset restructuring related to the company. The company intends to issue shares to SDIC and other relevant parties to acquire the controlling stake in China Electronics Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. (Electronics Institute), while also issuing shares to no more than 35 qualified specific targets to raise supporting funds.

The company's stock will continue to be suspended from trading starting from June 24, 2025 (Tuesday), with the total suspension period expected to not exceed 10 trading days
