According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YBTI (600883.SH) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Depeng Industrial Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shanghai Depeng) plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 7.08264 million shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
