Chen Shigang directly holds 48.5955 million shares of the company and indirectly holds shares through Hengqin Hongde Jiaye Investment Center and Hengqin Hongtu Jiaye Investment Center. The resignation will not result in the board of directors falling below the legal minimum number of members and will not have a significant impact on the company's daily operations and management
