According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, INNO LASER (301021.SZ) stated that its shareholders Suqian Hongcui Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hongcui Investment") and Shenzhen Huishang Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Huishang Investment") plan to reduce their holdings in the company. The aforementioned shareholders intend to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 4.7325 million shares, accounting for no more than 3.12% of the total share capital of the company after deducting the repurchase account
