# Perfect: Employee stock ownership platform plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1.99% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Perfect (603059.SH) stated that on June 24, 2025, it received a notice from shareholders Xiao Bei No. 1 and Xiao Bei No. 2 regarding their share reduction plan. Due to funding needs, Xiao Bei No. 1 and Xiao Bei No. 2 plan to reduce their holdings in the company through block trading. Xiao Bei No. 1 intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.25 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.2444% of the company's total share capital; Xiao Bei No. 2 intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 750,000 shares, accounting for no more than 0.7466% of the company's total share capital. The aforementioned shareholders are employee stock ownership platforms of the company
