# SFX plans to invest 10 million yuan to participate in the subscription of investment fund shares

According to the announcement from SFX (600370.SH), the company recently signed the "Partnership Agreement of Xiamen Shanshi Zhuoran No. 1 Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with YouShi JinKong (Shanghai) Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "YouShi JinKong"), YouShi Jing (Shanghai) Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "YouShi Jing"), Xu Xiaoming, Cao Mengrong, Li Yueting, and Yin Guohua. According to the partnership agreement, the company, as a limited partner, will invest its own funds of 10 million yuan to subscribe for shares in the Xiamen Shanshi Zhuoran No. 1 Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), accounting for 50.00% of the investment.

The fund intends to invest in Anhui Lingdong General Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lingdong General"), which is currently mainly engaged in the research and production of embodied robots and integrated picking and training machines that focus on "picking" scenarios. Starting from the sorting scenarios in the logistics industry, it aims to horizontally explore and expand into various industry fields such as supermarket retail. Lingdong General is currently in the startup phase and has no business revenue
