# CPEP: Received a free transfer of 51% equity in Henan Xinhong Guanggu New Energy Co., Ltd. from Zhengzhou Sewage Purification Co., Ltd

CPEP announced that the company will hold a board meeting on June 23, 2025, to review and approve the proposal to transfer 51% equity held by Zhengzhou Sewage Purification Co., Ltd. in Henan Xinhong Guanggu New Energy Co., Ltd. to CPEP without compensation. The transfer aims to support the development of the recycled water clean energy market by Xinhong Guanggu and does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring. After the transfer is completed, Xinhong Guanggu's independent legal status will remain unchanged, and it will continue to independently enjoy and bear its own rights and obligations. The base date for this non-compensated transfer is December 31, 2024, involving clear equity ownership, and does not involve employee transfer and placement issues, nor does it involve creditor and debt disposal issues
