# SD Lomon: Some executives plan to reduce their holdings of 0.0084% of the company's shares

SD Lomon announced that the company's Vice President Lv Xian, Safety Director Duan Feng, Vice President Luo Xianming, and Chief Engineer He Feng plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 159,400 shares, accounting for no more than 0.0084% of the company's total share capital, due to personal funding needs. This reduction will take place within three months after the 15 trading days following the announcement date. The specific reduction amounts are as follows: Lv Xian no more than 43,750 shares, Duan Feng no more than 21,875 shares, Luo Xianming no more than 43,750 shares, and He Feng no more than 50,000 shares. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices, and the shares will come from equity incentives
