# Qianhong Bio-pharma shareholder Wang Ke has completed the increase in holdings, accumulating a 1.72% stake

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Qianhong Bio-pharma (002550.SZ) announced that on June 25, 2025, it received a notice from Mr. Wang Ke, a concerted actor of the company's actual controller Mr. Wang Yaofang, regarding the completion of the shareholding increase plan and the increase in shares reaching an integer multiple of 1%. Mr. Wang Ke has increased his holdings by 9.6 million shares through block trading using his own or self-raised funds on June 25, 2025, and continued to increase his holdings by 12.4 million shares from June 24 to 25. As of the date of this announcement, a total of 22 million shares have been increased, accounting for 1.72% of the company's total share capital. This shareholding increase plan has been completed
