# NBEG plans to acquire minority shareholder equity in its controlling subsidiary Yongchuang Electric Power

According to the announcement from Ningbo Energy (600982.SH), based on overall strategic layout and business development needs, in order to further optimize resource allocation, improve operational decision-making efficiency, and reduce management costs, the company plans to acquire 40% equity of Yongchuang Power held by Zhejiang Desheng in cash at a price of "40% equity corresponding to the benchmark date equity value" + "40% of the transitional period profit and loss" + "40% interest compensation for the unpaid portion corresponding to the same ratio." After the acquisition is completed, the company will hold 100% equity of Yongchuang Power, and the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements will remain unchanged
