# One of the actual controllers of TIANYU PHARM, Tu Shanzeng, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TIANYU PHARM (300702.SZ) has recently received a notice from Mr. Tu Shanzeng, a concerted actor of the controlling shareholder and actual controller, regarding the company's share reduction plan. Mr. Tu Shanzeng holds 10.4791 million shares of the company (accounting for 3.01% of the total share capital) and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.4798 million shares (accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date (from July 18, 2025, to October 15, 2025), and by no more than 6.9595 million shares (accounting for 2% of the total share capital) through block trading
