Shanghai Phoenix announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Phoenix Bicycle and Huajiu Spokes intend to distribute a total cash dividend of 18.5462 million yuan to the company. Among them, Phoenix Bicycle has distributable profits of 271 million yuan, with a cash dividend distribution of 15.5475 million yuan; Huajiu Spokes has distributable profits of 162 million yuan, with a cash dividend distribution of 2.9988 million yuan. This dividend will increase the profit of the parent company's financial statements and will not affect the profit of the consolidated financial statements
