# CDL obtained a commitment for a special loan of 50 million yuan for share repurchase

CDL announced that the company recently obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" from the Shenzhen Branch of CITIC Bank, committing to a loan amount not exceeding RMB 50 million for the purpose of repurchasing the company's stock. Previously, the company had reviewed and approved a share repurchase plan, intending to use no less than RMB 30 million and no more than RMB 60 million to repurchase some A-shares through centralized bidding transactions. The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 13.46 per share, and the number of shares repurchased is expected to account for approximately 0.86% to 1.71% of the total share capital. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of the board of directors' approval. The company will implement the repurchase based on the actual arrival of loan funds and market conditions
