# UFA's 74,009,700 restricted shares will be listed and circulated on June 30

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UFA (301112.SZ) announced that the number of shares to be released from restrictions before its initial public offering is 74.097 million shares, accounting for 67.12% of the company's total share capital. The listing and circulation date has been postponed to June 30, 2025 (Monday)
