According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KORRUN (300577.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Fan Jinsong plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 4.7534 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading, which is no more than 2.00% of the company's total share capital
