HK SH ALLIANCE: Zhang Manqi appointed as independent non-executive director
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HK SH ALLIANCE announced that Mr. Xu Linbao will resign as an independent non-executive director, and will accordingly step down as the chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of the nomination committee and audit committee, effective after the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders; Ms. Zhang Manqi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee, effective from June 27, 2025, and will be appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee after the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders
