On June 27th, CITIC Trust announced that it recently won the bid for the bankruptcy reorganization service trusts of Jinke Property and Chongqing Jinke, with a trustee scale expected to exceed 150 billion yuan. According to CITIC Trust, the Jinke project is the first large-scale real estate listed company reorganization case in China.
