# Humon Share plans to jointly establish Hengbang Comprehensive Protection with Huasheng Development to engage in mixed ore business

According to the announcement from Hongbang Shares (002237.SZ), the company plans to sign a joint venture cooperation agreement with Yantai Comprehensive Bonded Zone Huasheng Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huasheng Development") to jointly invest in the establishment of Yantai Hongbang Comprehensive Bonded International Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hongbang Comprehensive Bonded"), with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Among them, the company will contribute 8 million yuan, accounting for 80% of the registered capital, while Huasheng Development will contribute 2 million yuan, accounting for 20% of the registered capital.

The announcement stated that establishing Hongbang Comprehensive Bonded in partnership with Huasheng Development within the Yantai Comprehensive Bonded Zone to carry out mixed ore business is beneficial for leveraging each other's advantages, improving resource utilization efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing the safety and stability of the company's raw material supply
