# GACO: Guiyang Industrial Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GACO (600523.SH) announced that Guiyang Industrial Investment intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4 million shares through centralized bidding trading due to its own management needs, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the total number of company shares, to be implemented within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
