According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NATA OPTO-ELECT (300346.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder and director Mr. Zhang Xingguo plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.9116 million shares (accounting for 1.00% of the company's current total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this reduction announcement. The company's director, president, and chief technology officer Mr. Wang Leping plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 195,000 shares (accounting for 0.03% of the company's current total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this reduction announcement
