# QRTECH's controlling shareholder, QR Holdings, and its concerted parties, QR Investment, plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, QRTECH (301128.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Qiangrui Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qiangrui Holding"), and its concerted party, Tai'an Qiangrui Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Qiangrui Investment"), plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 3.1028 million shares (accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement
