# Songyang Resources: Planning for changes in control, stock continues to be suspended

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Songyang Resources (603863.SH) announced that on June 26, 2025, it received a notification from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wang Zhuangpeng, that he is planning to transfer the company's shares through an agreement, which may lead to a change in the company's control. The company's stock has been suspended from trading since the market opened on June 27, 2025.

Currently, Mr. Wang Zhuangpeng, the controlling shareholder and actual controller, is continuing negotiations with the trading party. The company expects that it will not be able to resume trading when the market opens on July 1, 2025 (Tuesday). According to relevant regulations, after the company applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its stock will continue to be suspended from trading when the market opens on July 1, 2025 (Tuesday), with the expected suspension period not exceeding 3 trading days
