# Hangzhou Gaoxin's actual controller plans to change the company's control rights, expected to suspend trading for no more than 2 trading days

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hangzhou Gaoxin (300478.SZ) announced that on June 30, 2025, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder Zhejiang Donghang Holding Group Co., Ltd. and actual controller Mr. Hu Min, stating that they are planning to change the company's control and intend to transfer 19.03% of the company's total share capital to a counterparty, which may lead to a change in the company's control.

After the company applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, its stock will be suspended from trading starting from June 30, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
