BAIYANG announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangxi Xianghe Shun Ocean Fishing Co., Ltd. received government subsidies totaling RMB 12.1908 million on June 30, 2025, all of which are related to revenue, accounting for 79.92% of the audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the fiscal year 2024
