# Aero-Chips: Yan Jun's shareholding ratio has dropped to below 5%

Aero-Chips announced that Mr. Yan Jun, the information disclosure obligor, has reduced his shareholding in the company from 88.6833 million shares to 46.1772 million shares, with the shareholding ratio decreasing from 12.73% to 6.63%. Due to Mr. Yan Jun's relinquishment of voting rights for part of his shares, the proportion of shares with voting rights he holds has decreased from 10.16% to 4.06%. This change in equity is mainly due to Mr. Yan Jun's personal funding needs, non-trading transfers, and the expiration of the voting rights entrustment period. Mr. Yan Jun may continue to reduce his shareholding in the next twelve months, but this will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
