# Toua H&T's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties promise not to reduce their holdings in the company's shares within 3 months

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Toua H&T (301125.SZ) announced that the company recently received a letter of commitment from its controlling shareholder Nanjing Toua Industrial Group Co., Ltd., actual controller Mr. Le Qingyong, and his concerted parties Nanjing Yunhang Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) and Nanjing Yifeng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. regarding their voluntary commitment not to reduce their holdings in Nanjing Toua Precision Technology Co., Ltd.

Based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of its long-term investment value, in order to further promote the company's sustainable and stable development, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties voluntarily commit not to reduce their holdings of the company's shares in any way within three months from the date of signing this letter of commitment (i.e., from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025). If this commitment is violated, all proceeds from the reduction of the company's shares will belong to the company
