# Beilu Pharma: Iopromide raw material drug has obtained approval for the listing application of chemical raw materials

According to the announcement from Beilu Pharma (300016.SZ), its holding subsidiary Zhejiang Haichang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haichang Pharma") has received the approval notice for the marketing application of Iopromide raw material issued by the National Medical Products Administration.

It is reported that Iopromide is the raw material for the contrast agent Iopromide injection. Iopromide injection is a non-ionic, water-soluble, tri-iodinated X-ray contrast agent that can be used for CT enhancement, arterial and venous angiography, intravenous urography, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), joint cavity imaging, and other body cavity examinations, but cannot be used intrathecally.

The approval of the Iopromide raw material by Haichang Pharma will not only further enrich its raw material product variety, enhance its market competitiveness, and promote steady growth in its raw material sales business, but also expand the depth and breadth of the company's integrated raw material formulation in the field of contrast agents, creating favorable conditions for the company to enhance its competitive advantage and market share in the contrast agent field
