# Hengtong Logistics' subsidiary plans to acquire 100% equity of Guangxi Huahengtong for 81.812 million yuan

According to the announcement from Hengtong Logistics (603223.SH), due to the need for Huaheng Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huaheng Energy") to be deregistered, the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangxi Huahengtong Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangxi Huahengtong") needs to be disposed of. Based on the company's overall development plan, to further integrate resources and better carry out LNG-related businesses, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong Hengfu Oasis New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hengfu Oasis") plans to acquire 100% equity of Guangxi Huahengtong held by the company's controlling subsidiary Huaheng Energy for 81.812 million yuan.

This transaction is due to the need for Huaheng Energy to be deregistered, and the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangxi Huahengtong needs to be disposed of. Based on the company's overall development plan, to further integrate resources and better carry out LNG-related businesses, Hengfu Oasis intends to acquire the target assets
