COFCO TECH's enzyme-based production of D-allulose has been approved as a new food ingredient
According to the COFCO Group's official website, on July 2nd, the National Health Commission released the "Announcement on D-Allulose and 20 Other 'Three New Foods'". The enzyme-produced D-Allulose, jointly developed by COFCO Biotechnology and COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute, has officially been approved as a new food ingredient, marking the formal application permission for D-Allulose in the domestic market
