(referred to as Xincun Electronics) mainly engages in the research, design, production, and sales of semiconductor memory. Currently, the business scale is relatively small, and due to intense competition in the memory industry, the gross profit margin has been at a low level for the past two years. The operating income of Xincun Electronics included in the consolidated financial statements for 2024 is 110.5891 million yuan, with a net profit of 933,800 yuan, indicating a marginal profit status
